Agreement
By using SiteCheck you agree to these terms. SiteCheck is a product operated by Litework. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptable use
- Only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to test.
- Do not use SiteCheck to probe private networks, internal IP ranges, localhost or other systems you are not authorised to access.
- Do not attempt to overload, bypass or abuse the scanning system, API or rate limits.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The service
SiteCheck crawls publicly accessible pages and reports on common website health issues. Reports are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that every issue will be found or that fixes will improve search rankings or business outcomes.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Creem, which acts as merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your account or via Creem's customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled at our discretion and in line with applicable consumer law.
Free scans and reports
Free scans are available without an account. Report links are unguessable but not password-protected — treat them like private links. Free scan data may be deleted after 30 days.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Litework is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of SiteCheck. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
